EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

  1. The Value Added Tax Service (VATS) intends to update its Register of Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers for the procurement of general goods and services.

 

  1. Interested Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers (both new and existing) are invited to register with the service in order to have their names captured in a database for procurement purposes.

 

  1. Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers(s) would be selected in accordance with procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663).

Eligible Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers would be categorized according to the type of supplies, works and services as set out below

A Contractor or Consultant can apply for more than one category. All applications should be sealed and the category clearly marked on the Envelope(s)

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Companies shall enclose the following in their applications:

 

  • Current Registrar General’s Certificate of Registration
  • Certificate to Commence Business, where applicable
  • Valid Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • Details of similar Supplies made in the last three (3) years
  • Any other information that may facilitate the registration / short listing process

 

 

Consultant, Contractor and Supplier Registration and relevant information shall be delivered to the Address below by 5:00PM on 27th February, 2009.
