
Mr. Anthony Ewereko Minlah - Commisioner, VAT Service
Mr. Anthony E. Minlah holds an MBA in Fiscal Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He is a trained teacher and holds a Teacher’s Diploma (Accounting option) and a Teachers’ Certificate ‘A” as well as London Chamber of Commerce (Stage III). He attended St. Mary’s Training College, Takoradi, Technical Teachers College, Kumasi and the University of Bath, UK.
Mr. Minlah has taught in many institutions in both Ghana and abroad. He had previously worked with UNILEVER and Osei Wiredu and Associates. He rose through the ranks as a senior officer at the Internal Audit /Department, CEPS in 1989, to the rank of Acting Assistant Commissioner of Finance in 1998.
From November 2000 until his appointment as commissioner, Mr. Minlah was the Financial Controller at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
